Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. At the end of each month, I can give you a statement that may be directly submitted to your insurance carrier for your reimbursement.

I am not on any insurance panels. However, if you have PPO insurance or other insurance that covers an out-of-network provider, a portion of my fee will usually be covered.
