Cancellation Policy:\u00a0If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.\u00a0<\/p>

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. At the end of each month, I can give you a statement that may be directly submitted to your insurance carrier for your reimbursement.<\/p>

I am not on any insurance panels. However, if you have PPO insurance or other insurance that covers an out-of-network provider, a portion of my fee will usually be covered.<\/p>

Please check your coverage carefully with your insurance company by asking the following questions:<\/div>
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?<\/li>
  • Do I have a PPO or other insurance plan that will cover an out-of-network provider?<\/li>
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?<\/li>
  • How much is the co-pay for each session?<\/li>
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?<\/li>
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist?<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
