I draw upon several therapeutic modalities including: EMDR, Jungian Depth Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Systems Theory. I do not apply one modality to all issues. Rather, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to my clients needs to help them attain the change, healing, and personal growth they’re looking for.
